4-axis rotary processing
  • Knurled electrode by simultaneous biaxial processing of X axis and A axis (rotation axis). (the cutter: 45° tapered tip with the diameter of 0.68) * There are videos.
  • 1 convex 0.3 knurled electrode. (The cutter: 45° ball-tapered tip with the R of 0.04).
  • 0.8 convex 0.5 knurled electrode. The surface was processed by tilting B axis because of the large conical surface with a slope. (the cutter: 38° tapered tip with the diameter of 0.06).
  • The processing of the twisted surface on the circumference by simultaneous 2-axis machining of X axis and A axis (rotational axis).
  • Direct engraving of the internal thread.
  • Marking for the year printing machine. Direct engraving with the cylindrical interpolation. (Material: Brass).
