Direct engraving of convex letters on the mold instead of using the EDM.

EDM

The mold of a battery cell with the diameter of Φ7. The material is carbide, the characters are 0.55 mm height.
The material of the electrode is tungsten-copper. The tool used is 20° tapper, and the tip tool's diameter is Φ0.06.

Hard-to-cut materials

Engraving on tungsten, difficult-to-cut material. Engraved with a small diameter cutter on a tungsten round bar of Φ4.
